RMES Programs

We believe a student’s life success is dependent upon more than just his grades. We believe to become truly “educated,” one must recognize and develop their intellect, their talents, and their aspirations. That’s why we advocate developing the whole person through various programs and activities available throughout our community.

 4-H

RMUSD #27 schools will be able to join 4-H starting in January 2018. Stay tuned for more details.

Box Tops for Education

RMES is now collecting Box Tops for Education. This is an easy way for you to help our school earn free money that we can used towards supplies and improving our school, and it is so easy! Just look for the Box Tops on most of your household food items and products, cut them out, and turn them in to the office. That's it! For more information, please contact K’Lynn Mitchell at (928) 656.4250.

Peewee Basketball!

Here at Red Mesa Elementary, we encourage playing team sports. The benefits include learning to play with others, adhering to the rules of the game, physical activity, and strategic problem solving. All of these benefits transfer to the classroom. One of the team sports we offer is Peewee Basketball. Please contact the office for more information.

Scholastic Book Club

RMES is a part of the Scholastic Book club. We will send monthly catalogs home with students, and paper orders are due at the front office on the last Thursday of every month. This is a wonderful way to keep your student excited about reading, so keep an eye out for the monthly catalogs.
